As a solo traveler, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was warm and helpful, always going above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The property had all the amenities I required, making it perfect for a family stay as well. The cleanliness of the property, including the quality of the elevators, was exceptional. Additionally, the hotel's location close to the city center and nice restaurants, such as Weiss, just five minutes away, was truly convenient. The bathroom was of good size and the view from my King Leisure room was surprising, with a floor-to-ceiling window offering a breathtaking view of a snow-covered mountain. The modern toilet exceeded my expectations based on the pictures. The staff spoke fluent English and assisted me in adjusting the heating to my preference. the location and the helpfulness of the staff made my stay at this hotel enjoyable.
I felt truly looked after during my stay at this hotel, leaving me with no reason to complain.

The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to transport links and being close enough to walk from the train station. It is almost next to the bus stop, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The staff provided great service, being friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was clean and comfortable.
The decor of the main room was not very inspiring or modern.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was great, just a short walk away from the train and bus stations and in the city center. The service was excellent, with room service available 24 hours a day and a great range of amenities, including a mini-bar and tea and coffee facilities in our room. We also loved the terrace and garden furniture, perfect for relaxing in the sunshine.
We wish there were more options for families, but overall we would definitely recommend this venue. The staff at reception desk were very helpful and friendly, and the leisure facilities, such as the fitness center and game room, were an added bonus.

The reception staff were friendly and cute, always greeting us with a smile. The room itself was spacious and cozy, with a lovely window shade that added a nice touch. The location of the hotel was convenient, within walking distance to the station, bus stop, and restaurants. As an IHG member, I enjoyed the benefit of free wifi. I had a pleasant experience at Holiday Inn - Salzburg City and would definitely stay there again if I visit the city.
